Scope of Duties
- Completely understand Fuba Change Management Process and related systems
- Lead and coordinate CCR, SCR & CR (Customer Change Request, Supplier Change Request, Internal Change Request)
- Ensure Fuba processes on documentation and data saving
- Maintain Team Center data
- Control, documentation and execution of changes
- Data reporting and communication with/to PM, Project team, Engineering, Production and Logistics
- Close communication to CIL (Change Implementation Leader) and PRL (Production Readiness Leader)
- Support documentation and data for China CRB (Change Review Board)
- Ensure management escalation on time
- Active participation in developing/optimizing Fuba Change Management Process
Your qualification
- Technician or business experienced equivalent, from logistics, engineering, operations in
automotive - Complete (Fuba) product and process understanding from raw material to complete packaging unit in the warehouse as well as development of product and process
- Good leadership skills
- Good coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Good conflict management
- Good effective problem-solving skills
- Experience in Change Management processes (min 2 yrs)
- MS Office & MS Project
- SAP
- TC
- Fluent English/ business English
- German would be helpful
