Scope of Duties
- Execution and processing of development projects
- Technical responsibility for the mechanical development and design of the products and their components up to series production readiness
- Technical responsibility for the creation and modification of CAD data (3D/2D) and technical product documentation with regard to mechanical issues
- Preparation / modification of requirement specifications and specifications as well as customer drawings
- Initiation of tool and article enquiries to the purchasing department with regard to mechanical issues
- Technical responsibility for the mechanical concept during quotation preparation
- Responsibility for compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and effort in your own area of responsibility
- Contact person for the entire duration of the processed products
Your qualification
- Education:
- Master of Arts or comparable degree in mechanical engineering or comparable subject area; Bachelor of Arts or comparable degree in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of die casting and plastic part construction
- Several years of professional experience with a parametric 3D CAD system and PDM system
- Advanced knowledge in English
- Advanced knowledge of CATIA V5
