To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced Manager of Electrical Engineering with specialization in antennas and RF amplifier development.
As Electrical Engineer Group Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the development of antenna systems for our products. This position requires strong technical leadership, project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Scope of Duties
- Lead a team of electrical engineers responsible for development of antennas and RF amplifiers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and development meets customer needs and project requirements
- Provide technical leadership in the development, testing and optimization of antennas and RF amplifiers
- Advise on the selection and evaluation of RF components and materials
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high quality components and materials
- Participate in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate project progress and status updates to management and stakeholders
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in antenna and RF amplifier design and development
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership position
- Good systems understanding of antenna systems
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and track progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to antenna and RF amplifier development
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
